How do I return?
- Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with a Return Label by "Collect+ delivered by YODEL" and shipping guidelines. (Please contact us should you not receive this email)
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days from the time of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in the original condition:
- Unworn, undamaged, unaltered, clean and free from pet hair.
- In the original packaging, with tags attached and in a re-sellable condition.
Are there any charges for return?
- The Return Labels are subsidised by us and only cost you £3.50 through our Return Centre, which will be deducted from your refund.
- If you prefer you can arrange your own postage to return your order, please contact us and we will confirm the return address. You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
