How do I return?

• Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click 'Start'
• Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email shipping guidelines. (Please contact us should you not receive this email)

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days from the time of purchase. To be eligible, the product must be unused and in the original condition:

• Unworn, undamaged, unaltered, clean and free from pet hair.
• In the original packaging and in a re-sellable condition.

Are there any charges for return?

• There are no charges for returns, simply you are responsible for the return postage.
• We will email you confirming the shipping guidelines and return address. 
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Once approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
