We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days to return your order.

Whilst we hope you are happy with every purchase made with us, should you wish to return an item, we are on hand to refund the cost of the item.

To be eligible for a return your item must be:

1. In the original condition.
2. Unused and fit for re-sale (clean, free from pet hair etc).
3. In the original packaging, with tags attached and in the same condition as received.
   

If the product returned is not in a fully resalable condition, i.e.: used, not clean, with pet hair, etc or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or offer a partial refund.

• You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
• Once the item is received back (they must be in the original condition and unused) we will issue a refund.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
